What does it do?
We install the factory-optimised Volvo data sets for your engine. Four areas are optimised: power and torque, throttle response, shift times of the automatic gearbox and – on all-wheel drive cars – a more rear-biased power split.
Because these are original Volvo data sets, no third-party software goes into the control unit. And everything can be reset to the factory state at any time.

Changes engine output – check the approval rules in your country.

Together with the speed limiter removal as a combo for €950 instead of €1,200.

How it works
By remote in three steps
Request
Send us model, year and VIN via the request form or WhatsApp. We check compatibility and agree on a time that suits your time zone.
Connect
ENET cable into the OBD port and your Windows laptop with internet, start a small remote program. Everything you need is in our remote guide.
Done
We do the coding – usually in 20–30 minutes. Remote sessions: Mon–Fri 9 am–8 pm, Sat 10 am–2 pm (German time).
Single coding €200 (Sensus) or €250 (Google built-in) · any three €450 or €550 · all codings in the complete package €1,150. All prices are final prices in EUR (small business under German law, no VAT shown). Everything can be reset to the factory state.

How much more power does the OEM software give?
That depends on the engine. We tell you the figures for your car after checking it by VIN. If you want considerably more power, the NRS Custom Tune (on site in Ibbenbüren, Germany) is the right step.
Does the power upgrade need to be registered?
A change in engine output affects the vehicle approval. Please check with your local inspection authority (in Germany TÜV or DEKRA) and inform your insurer.
Can it be reversed?
Yes. On request we reset the software to the factory state – for example before returning a leased car.
